We take, what can be a frustrating process and make it simple! Once we receive your vehicle, we showcase it inside our warehouse to protect it from the elements, which means prospective buyers can see inside and out during any weather!
We also have the added promotional advantage of being the only auction house in the CBD, so we see a lot of ‘walk in’ potential buyers in between auctions!

Sales can be through our weekly Wednesday online auctions; were we handle all the aspects of selling your items. Alternatively, if you have many vehicles and require a specialty auction, we can help with the process from site visit, timeframes, cataloguing, photographing, and marketing - it can be a daunting task, we are here to help!
All our auctions are timed. They work in much the same way as live auctions did, though now buyers can bid from home! Once the auction commences, the online bidding system manages the sale of each lot in number order, commencing final countdown at 7.30pm every Wednesday.
Each lot opens with the highest bid that has been placed during the pre-auction period and a countdown starts. Bidders have the option of bidding “live” in the final moments of each lot. If a live bid is recorded, the lot countdown starts again and this repeats until all bidders are silent - then the highest bidder has won the lot.
You can sell any vehicle with us – Motorbikes, Cars, Motor Homes, Caravans, Trucks, Trailers, Trikes, Farm Equipment, Forklifts, Bulldozers to Excavators!

Our team has a plethora of different experiences and specialties, and we keep a close eye on the second-hand and auction market from around the world. We use our own auctions as a guide too. Using this experience, we will set a price estimate based on current market values and desirability.
With vehicles, you can set a reserve in consultation with our team. This reserve will be the minimum price the item will be sold for.
The Tasmanian Property Agent’s code of conduct is clear that as auctioneers we must always act in the customer’s best interest, which is a value we take very seriously. Our sales, estimates & reserves are set with your best interests in mind.
Upon receipt of your vehicle, you will be issued with a consignment agreement docket, which you sign. This docket contains your personal details and brief description of the vehicle, along with commission rate. If possible, bring your bank details with you, so there are no delays with your payment upon sale. This docket will also detail the reserve price which is agreed prior to delivery.
Our team will then type the details into our auction system, and you will be emailed a consignment report for you to check. If you disagree with any anything on this report, please call us and we will get the listing updated immediately after discussion.
Your vehicle is photographed straight away and in our emporium or enclosed yard for inspection prior to auction. This allows buyers to bid with the confidence of having seen and inspected the vehicle!
That’s it – it is in our next online auction!
